The Law of Ukraine "On Purification of power " provides for verification of the accuracy of information on the application of prohibitions provided for in parts three and four of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "On Purification of power " submitted by persons holding the relevant positions or applying for such positions. The procedure for conducting such vetting and the list of bodies conducting it were approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 563 "Certain Issues of Implementation of the Law of Ukraine "On Purification of Power" dated October 16, 2014.
