Tasks:

• Ensuring budget planning and execution of the state budget for the expenditures of the TO;
• Organization of work to ensure the state budget policy in the process of preparation, review, approval, and execution of cost estimates for the maintenance of the TO;
• Maintaining accounting records of financial and economic activities and preparing financial and budgetary reports;
• Exercising control over the targeted and efficient use of budgetary funds allocated for the implementation of projects and programs within the scope of competence.

Functions:

• Participation in the development of proposals for the formation of the Budget Declaration and Budget Request for the planned budget period and the forecast for the next two budget periods following the planned one;
• Developing and submitting for approval to the chief spending unit estimates and plans of allocations of the general budget fund, plans for the use of budget funds, monthly plans for the use of budget funds, and staffing lists;
• Ensuring accounting by the national regulations on public sector accounting;
• Ongoing control over compliance with budget legislation in the course of making budgetary commitments;
• Timely and full transfer of taxes and duties (mandatory payments) to the relevant budgets, etc.
