Information regarding the inspection provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Purification of power"

The Law of Ukraine "On the Purification of power" provides for the verification of the authenticity of the fourth article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Purification of power" submitted by persons holding relevant positions or claiming to occupy such positions. The procedure for conducting such an inspection and the list of bodies conducting it are approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Information on the Application of Prohibitions provided for in Parts Three and of the Ministers of Ukraine of October 16 No. 563 "Some Issues of Implementation of the Law of Ukraine "On Purification of power".
