Main tasks

• Organizational support for the activities of TO of the ESBU in Chernivtsi region.
• Organization and implementation of office management at TO of the ESBU in Chernivtsi region.
• Organization of work on consideration of citizens' appeals and requests for public information received by the Territorial Office.
• Monitoring the implementation of laws of Ukraine, decrees of the President of Ukraine, resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, adopted by the Constitution and laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and instructions of the Prime Minister of Ukraine, the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, requests and appeals of people's deputies of Ukraine, as well as orders and instructions of the leadership of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine and the Territorial Department acts of other central executive authorities (hereinafter - acts of legislation, orders, orders and instructions of the management of TO of the ESBU in Chernivtsi region).

Functions

• Ensuring interaction between structural units of the TO of the ESBU in Chernivtsi region and the central apparatus of ESBU.
• Collection, processing, and submission to the head of TO of the ESBU in Chernivtsi region based on proposals of structural units of TO of the ESBU in Chernivtsi region of projects of work plans as well as relevant reports.
• Carrying out inspections of the state of implementation of work plans of the structural divisions of TO of the ESBU in Chernivtsi region.
• Participation in the development of the structure and staff list of the TO of the ESBU in Chernivtsi region.
• Organization of work and implementation of control over the development of provisions on the structural divisions of TO of the ESBU in Chernivtsi region.
• Ensuring the preparation, organization, and holding of staff meetings chaired by the head of TO of the ESBU in Chernivtsi region as well as the organization of official events of TO of the ESBU in Chernivtsi region with the participation of management (meetings, commissions, working groups, conferences, round tables, etc.).
• Reception and registration of incoming correspondence.
• Implementation of organizational support for the participation of the head of TO of the ESBU in Chernivtsi region in the meetings of the Board.
• Ensuring registration and sending of outgoing correspondence of TO of the ESBU in Chernivtsi region.
• Registration of orders on the main activities and assignments of the management of TO of the ESBU in the Chernivtsi region.
• Ensuring the organization of maintenance of the archive of TO of the ESBU in Chernivtsi region.
• Preparation of informational and analytical materials on the state of document circulation in the structural divisions of TO of the ESBU in Chernivtsi region.
• Organization of personal reception of citizens by the management of TO of the ESBU in Chernivtsi region.
• Carrying out, within the scope of competence, measures to protect state secrets when using classified documents.
• Organization of the telephone "hotline" of TO of the ESBU in Chernivtsi region.
• Carrying out a systematic analysis and summarization of citizens' appeals in order to identify the reasons that give rise to them, as well as the most acute socially significant problems that require immediate resolution, informing about this in the established order to the management of TO of the ESBU in Chernivtsi region.
• Ensuring the preparation of reports on the work with citizens' appeals in the Territorial Office and their submission to the central office of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine within the specified time limits.
• Organization of a special place for information requesters to work with documents and/or their copies.
• Preparation of informational, reference, and other materials on issues of implementation of legislative acts, orders, orders, and instructions of the leadership of the ESBU and TO of the ESBU in Chernivtsi region.
• Informing the management of TO of the ESBU in Chernivtsi region about the state of implementation of structural units of legislative acts, orders, directives, and instructions of the management.
