Tasks:

• verification of the fact of submission of declarations by the subjects of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in Kyiv and notification of the National Agency about cases of non-submission or late submission of such declarations in the manner specified by law, monitoring of compliance with anti-corruption legislation, including consideration of reports of violations of the requirements of the Law.

Functions:

• implementation of measures to prevent and detect violations of the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption".
• organization of work on the assessment of corruption risks in the activities of the TO of the ESBU in Kyiv, and preparation of measures to eliminate them.
• ensuring the preparation of the Plan of measures to prevent and combat corruption in the territorial administration of the ESBU in Kyiv, changes to it, its submission for approval by the established procedure, and monitoring of its implementation.
• Provide methodical and consulting assistance to the employees of the TO of the ESBU in Kyiv on compliance with the legislation on the prevention of corruption, as well as in filling out declarations and notifications about significant changes in property status;
• ensuring the performance of a special check on persons applying for positions that involve taking a responsible or particularly responsible position, and positions with an increased corruption risk in the TO of the ESBU in Kyiv.
• taking measures to identify the conflict of interests and facilitating its settlement.
• conducting, by the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption", checks of the fact of submission of declarations by the subjects of the declaration who work (worked) in the TO of the ESBU in Kyiv.
• Implement measures to identify corruption risks in the activities of structural subdivisions of the TO of the ESBU in Kyiv and their employees, providing mandatory recommendations for their elimination.
• cooperation with whistleblowers, ensuring compliance with their rights and guarantees of protection provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption".
• Interact with authorized divisions (authorized persons) of other responsible entities, the National Agency, and other specially authorized entities in the field of anti-corruption.
