Tasks:

• organizational, logistical, and economic support for the activities of the Territorial of the ESBU in Kyiv, ensuring the vital activities of the TO of the ESBU in Kyiv (maintenance of buildings, structures, office premises, technical means, external and internal engineering communications, etc.).

Functions:

• preparation within the scope of competence of draft contracts for the purchase of goods, obtaining works and services.
• ensuring, by concluded contracts, within the competence of the Division, the receipt of material values, their storage, issuance, and write-off.
• control over the proper condition of electricity supply, heat supply, water supply, and drainage in the premises of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in Kyiv.
• organization of the operation of vehicles of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in Kyiv, their staffing, provision of fuel and lubricants, maintenance of proper technical condition, and supervising the storage of official vehicles.
• organization and coordination of work on occupational safety and fire safety rules and regulations in the Territorial Office of the ESBU in Kyiv, conducting introductory, primary, repeated, unscheduled, and targeted briefings.
