Tasks:

• ensuring the development, implementation, and technical support of information, communication, information and communication systems (hereinafter - ICS) and information technologies;
• ensuring the implementation of digital transformation and information integration of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in Kyiv in the ICS of the ESBU and other ICS;
• ensuring compliance with the requirements of the legislation on the protection of computer programs during their acquisition, installation, use, accounting, and inventory;
• implementation of the latest information and communication technologies, computer networks in the Territorial Office of the ESBU in Kyiv;
• implementation of telecommunication technologies in the activity of TO of the ESBU in Kyiv to ensure fast access to the Internet;
• ensuring the protection of information in the information, communication, and ICS of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in Kyiv.

Functions:

• ensuring the creation and control of the operation of information, communication, and ICS in the Territorial Office of the ESBu in Kyiv;
• processing of personal data by legislation and ensuring the protection of personal data during their processing in ICS;
• carrying out installation (re-installation), and debugging of computer equipment and programs used in the activities of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in Kyiv;
• organization and maintenance, replacement of consumables and components of computer and office equipment;
• taking measures in case of detection of attempts of unauthorized access to ICS resources, violation of the rules of operation of information protection means, or case of the presence of other destabilizing factors;
• ensuring control of the integrity of information protection means and responding to their failure or violation of functioning modes;
• maintenance and updating of user access rights, user accounts, and user IDs;
• analysis of information about means of information protection, substantiation of proposals for the purchase of such means in the interests of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in Kyiv;
• provide methodological assistance and technical support to the structural units of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in Kyiv on the development of information technologies (computer networks, automated systems, information exchange, etc.);
• technical support of the electronic document management system of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in Kyiv and its hardware and software support.
