Tasks:

• Provide public information about the activities of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in Kyiv through mass media, the official website of the ESBU, social networks, and messengers.
• organization of interaction of the TO of the ESBU in Kyiv with mass media and institutions of civil society.

Functions:

• implementation of systematic analysis and processing of information about the activities of the TO of the ESBU in Kyiv for its further publication.
• preparation and provision of messages, press releases, comments, and clarifications to the mass media on the activities of the TO of the ESBU in Kyiv.
• maintaining the official pages of the TO of the ESBU in Kyiv in social networks and messengers.
• monitoring of mentions in the media about the activities of the TO of the ESBU in Kyiv.
• development and implementation of response measures to critical publications, and media appearances.
• ensuring preparation, organization and holding of media events and events with institutions of civil society with the participation of the management of the TO of the ESBU in Kyiv;
• preparation of media plans, work plans of the Sector, and provision of proposals for projects of work plans of the TO of the ESBU in Kyiv, as well as relevant reports.
• preparation of informational, reference, and other materials on the interaction of the ESBU with mass media and institutions of civil society.
• organization of work and provision of advisory and methodological assistance to the structural units of the TO of the ESBU in Kyiv on issues of interaction with mass media and institutions of civil society.
