Tasks:

• bookkeeping, financial support, and submission of reports to TO of the ESBU in Kyiv;
• ensuring compliance with budget legislation when making budget commitments, timely submission for registration of such commitments, making payments by the budget commitments made, and accurate and complete reflection of transactions in accounting and reporting;
• ensuring control over the availability and movement of property, the use of financial and material (intangible) resources by the approved standards, and the estimate of TO of the ESBU in Kyiv.

Functions:

• preparation of financial and budgetary reports, as well as state statistical and tax reports to the Pension Fund of Ukraine by the procedure established by law, based on accounting data;
• exercising ongoing control over compliance with budget legislation in the course of entering into budgetary obligations, their registration with the State Treasury Service, and making payments by the budgetary obligations, accounting, financial and budgetary reporting;
• Ensuring compliance with the requirements of regulatory legal acts on:

       - use of financial, material (intangible), and information resources in the course of acceptance and execution of documents on business operations of TO of the ESBU in Kyiv;

       - inventory of non-current assets, inventories, documents, settlements, and other balance sheet items;

• analysis of accounting and reporting data, regarding the reasons for the growth of receivables and payables, development and implementation of measures for the collection of receivables and repayment of payables, organization and implementation of work on its write-off by legislation;
• ensuring compliance with the order of payments for goods and services; storage, registration, and transfer to the archive of processed primary documents and accounting registers of TO of the ESBU in Kyiv, which are the basis for displaying transactions in accounting and reporting;
• participation in the work on the registration of materials regarding the shortage, theft of property, and damage to assets;
• implementation of measures to eliminate violations and deficiencies identified during control measures carried out by state bodies authorized to control compliance with the requirements of budget legislation.
