Yurii Belousov

Born in 1976 in Dnipropetrovsk region.

Education:

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, specialty “Law” qualification – Lawyer;

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, specialty “Social Work” qualification – Sociologist.

Career:

1994–2011 – service in the internal affairs bodies;

2012–2016 – Representative of the Commissioner – Head of the Department of the Secretariat of the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights;

2017–2019 – Executive Director of the NGO “Expert Center for Human Rights”;

2019–2025 – work at the Office of the Prosecutor General as Prosecutor and Head of Department;

Since September 2025 – Deputy Director for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine.
