Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine following the principles of transparency and openness has developed and is presenting for discussion in the form of electronic public consultations an updated draft anti-corruption program of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine for 2023-2024.

The anti-corruption program provides for a set of measures to prevent, detect, and combat corruption in the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine ensure compliance with anti-corruption legislation by its employees, and create additional safeguards against corruption and corruption-related offenses. The anti-corruption program also includes a risk register based on the results of the assessment of corruption risks in the activities of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine.

The document was developed to fulfill the requirements of Article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "On prevention of corruption".

Comments and suggestions to the draft are accepted within 15 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement to the e-mail address: esbu@esbu.gov.ua or to the postal address of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine: 31, Sholudenko St., Kyiv, 04116.

The report on the results of the public discussion of the draft anti-corruption program of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine for 2023-2024 will be published on the official website of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine no later than two weeks after the decisions on the results of the discussion are made.
