Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine following the principles of transparency and openness has developed and is presenting for discussion in the form of electronic public consultations a draft report on improving the institutional capacity of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine (after - the document).
The document contains information on the measures taken by the ESB U to fulfill its tasks and functions as well as conclusions and recommendations for improving institutional capacity taking into account the experience of the leading EU member states.
The document was developed to fulfill the requirements of subparagraph 2.3.6.1.2 of paragraph 2.3 of section 2 of Annex 2 to the State anti-corruption program for 2023-2025, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 220 dated Mart 4,2023.
