Detectives of the Territorial Department of the Economic Security Bureau in the Odesa region provided compensation for the unpaid single contribution to the mandatory state social insurance. The company transferred UAH 2 million to the state budget.

In the course of the investigation, it was established that during the year the head of the enterprise, whose main activity is tailoring and selling clothes, deliberately evaded the payment of a single contribution to the mandatory state social insurance.

The pre-trial investigation was started based on an analytical product compiled by analysts of the Territorial Department of the ESBU in the Odesa region.

An official of the enterprise was notified of the suspicion of having committed a criminal offense provided for in Part 1 of Art. 212-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (evasion of payment of a single contribution to mandatory state social insurance and insurance contributions to mandatory state pension insurance).

So far, the ESBU detectives have provided full compensation for the damages caused to the state. The case materials were sent to the court.

Procedural management was carried out by the prosecutors of the Odesa Regional Prosecutor's Office.
