Detectives of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region completed a pre-trial investigation into the fact of tax evasion for more than UAH 3 million.

The investigation established that during April-November 2023, the head of one of the state-owned enterprises in the Kyiv region deliberately evaded the payment of a single contribution to the mandatory state social insurance.

According to the estimates of ESBU specialists, the amount of damages amounted to more than UAH 3 million, which is also confirmed by the relevant conclusions of experts.

The pre-trial investigation was started based on an analytical product compiled by the employees of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region.

Currently, the general director of the company has been notified of suspicion of committing a criminal offense under Part 1 of Art. 212-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The indictment was sent to the court.

Procedural management is carried out by prosecutors of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.
