The development of cooperation between the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine and the Portsmouth University was discussed during an online meeting between Acting Director of the Bureau Eduard Fedorov and representatives of the British university.
The participants of the meeting discussed possible joint research projects in the field of economic crimes, economic security and crime prevention. They also considered ways to support the development of the International training center for Economic Security at Mariupol state university.
The Memorandum of understanding between the Bureau and the Portsmouth University also provides for the exchange of experience in the field of economic crime. The detectives and analysts of the ESBU will have access to statistical, archival and library international data and joint exercises and trainings will be held.
