Yevgeniy Kalugin

Head of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in Zakarpattia region

Born in 1989.

Education:

2006 - 2010, studied at the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs where he graduated with a bachelor's degree with honours in law.

2010 - 2012, studied at the National Academy of Prosecution of Ukraine where he graduated with a master’s degree with honours in law.

2020 - 2021, studied at the National Technical University "Dnipro Polytechnic", Educational and Research Institute of Public Administration where he graduated with a master's degree with honours in public administration and management.

In 2018, obtained the scientific degree of candidate of legal sciences, majoring in administrative law and process; finance law; and information law.

Career:

2011-2018, worked in the prosecutor's office;

2018 - 2021. head of the First Investigation Department of the Investigation Department of the Territorial Department of the State Bureau of Investigation located in Poltava;

2022 - working at the Department of Property Management, Security and Defence Economics of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine;

2023 - Deputy Head of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in Chernivtsi region;

2023 - Deputy Head of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in Zakarpattia region;

From August 15, 2023, to the present -  the Head of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in Zakarpattia region.
