The Territorial Office of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine in the Volyn region operates a telephone hotline to receive reports from citizens.

Calls to the telephone hotline are received daily (except weekends and holidays) during working hours by the working hours of the TO of the ESBU (Mon-Thurs. from 9.00 to 18.00; Fr. from 9.00 to 16.45; lunch break from 13.00 to 13.45).

During the telephone hotline, an authorized official of the Territorial Office provides consultations on issues of a reference nature as well as on appeals that do not require additional study.

A written response is provided at the request of the applicant.

An application that does not state the essence of the issue is not considered and the applicant is notified by telephone. If the applicant does not provide a surname, name, patronymic (if any), or other information (email address, postal address, or information about other means of communication for sending a response) the appeal is registered as anonymous and is not subject to consideration.
