The Territorial Office of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine in the Odesa region has a telephone hotline to receive reports from citizens.

You can leave a message by calling +38 (0482) 30-36-09 from Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 16:00.

During the telephone hotline, an authorized official of the Territorial Department provides consultations on issues of a reference nature as well as on appeals that do not require additional study.

A written response is provided at the request of the applicant.

An appeal that does not state the essence of the issue is not considered and the applicant is notified by telephone. If the applicant does not provide a surname, name, patronymic (if any), or other information (e-mail address, postal address, or information about other means of communication for sending a response), the appeal is registered as anonymous and is not subject to consideration.

The mechanism for organizing the work of the telephone hotline, receiving, reviewing, and responding to incoming appeals is provided in the Procedure for the work of the telephone hotline in the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Odesa region which was approved by Order of the Territorial Office of the ESBU No. 109-2023 dated 13.10.2023.
