According to the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022 "On the introduction of martial law in Ukraine" (as amended), due to the military aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine, martial law was introduced on the territory of Ukraine.

Given the above, the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region temporarily stopped conducting personal reception of citizens.

At the same time, citizens' appeals to the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region are accepted using postal communication, e-mail, and telephone communication.
