Telephone hotline for Appeal of citizens

The Territorial Office of the ESBU in Kyiv operates a telephone hotline to receive messages from citizens.

You can leave a message by calling +38 098 323 55 64 from Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 16:00.

During the telephone hotline, the specialists of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in Kyiv provide consultations on issues of a reference nature, as well as on appeals that do not require additional study.

Applications that do not state the essence of the issue are not considered and the applicant is notified of this by telephone.

If the applicant does not provide a surname, name, patronymic (if any), or other information (e-mail address, postal address, or information about other means of communication for sending a response), the appeal is registered as anonymous and is not subject to consideration.

If necessary, citizens can send the relevant written appeals to the Territorial Office of the ESBU in Kyiv to the following e-mail address: kyiv@esbu.gov.ua or by mail to the legal address of the institution: 1/32 Nimetska St., Kyiv, 03150.

Please note that in the event of an air alert, the hotline of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in Kyiv will not accept telephone calls.
