Information on the channels for reporting possible facts of corruption or corruption-related offenses, other violations of the Law of Ukraine "On prevention of corruption" in the Territorial Department ESBU in Kyiv

The whistleblower independently determines which channels (internal, regular) to use to report possible facts of corruption or corruption-related offenses other violations of the Law of Ukraine "On prevention of corruption" (hereinafter referred to as the report) to the Territorial Department in Kyiv (hereinafter referred to as the Territorial Department).

Information may be reported both anonymously and with attribution. Confidentiality of information and observance of the rights and guarantees of protection of the whistleblower, as defined by the Law of Ukraine "On prevention of corruption" are guaranteed.
