Main tasks:

1. Organizational support for the activities of the Territorial Office.

2. Organization and implementation of office work in the Territorial Office.

3. Organization of work on consideration of citizens' appeals and requests for public information received by the Territorial Office.

4. Control over the fulfillment of the requirements of the legislation, as well as orders and instructions of the management of the ESBU, the Territorial Office, acts of other state authorities (hereinafter referred to as legislative acts, orders, instructions and instructions of the management of the ESBU, the Territorial Office).

Main functions:

1. Ensuring interaction between the structural units of the Territorial Office.

2. Collecting, processing, and submitting draft work plans and relevant reports to the Head based on the proposals of the structural units.

3. Inspecting the status of implementation of work plans of the structural units of the Territorial Office.

4. Participation in the development of the structure and staffing of the Territorial Office.

5. Ensuring the preparation, organization, and holding of staff meetings chaired by the Head as well as the organization of official events, meetings, commissions, working groups, conferences, round tables, etc.)

6. Receiving and registering incoming correspondence.

7. Ensuring registration and sending of outgoing correspondence of the Territorial Office.

8. Registration of administrative documents of the management of the Territorial Office on the main administrative and economic activities.

9. Ensuring the organization of the Territorial Office's archive.

10. Preparation of information and analytical materials on the state of document flow in structural units.

11. Organization of personal reception of citizens by the management of the Territorial Office.

12. Implementation within the competence of measures to protect state secrets when using secret documents.

13. Organizing the work of the telephone hotline of the Territorial Office

14. Carrying out systematic analysis and generalization of citizens' appeals to identify the reasons that cause them as well as the most acute socially significant problems that require immediate solution, informing the Head by the established procedure.

15. Ensure preparation of reports on the work with citizens' appeals in the Territorial Office and their submission to the ESBU in due time.

16. Preparation of information, references, and other materials on the implementation of legislative acts, orders, instructions, and assignments of the ESBU management and Territorial Office.

17. Informing the Head on the status of implementation by structural units of legislative acts, orders, instructions, and orders of the ESBU management, Territorial Office.

18. Exercising other powers provided for by law.
